Weight Watching
So yesterday I started Weight Watchers Online again ( I can't believe I've had that account since 6/2008!!! ) ...I love their recipes & the community/forum members are so fun. I hope I can meet some more Alabama friends that way, too! I *know* I'm over eating and that's why my weight isn't dropping... and unfortunately yesterdays point count proved it. I'm allowed 30 points which is a lot -- pre pregnancy I was allowed 21!!! That shows my weight increase + nursing... Yikes! I feel so guilty. I did a 15min 1 mile power walk yesterday and might do Yoga today since Jill said she sweat bullets doing her yoga exercise this AM. It all depends how long I can get Keaton to stay down... we're on a new schedule (more play time = longer sleep periods) so it's all up in the air right now. Today I've done really good, I still have 23 left today & 29 "bonus" for the week.

My sweet boy

Here's my sweet boy at 3.5 months! My-Oh-My has he grown! We went to his doctor yesterday to check on a cough/cold he's had since Sunday morning. Fortunately it's just a cold... his ears, lungs & nose were healthy aside from his gooey, never-ending boogie supply! Thank goodness for our Nose Freda + Saline drops, his boogies are almost gone! It makes me feel helpless watching him suffer, though. He's been chewing on his (& my) fingers constantly the past week -- I wonder if his cold has something to relate to teething?? We're working on getting him to be a supported sitter, like in his photo, so we can get him started on solids at 6 months [ first foods? i'd like it to be avocado, apples or sweet potatoes ] ...I'm not going to give him rice cereal but have considered oatmeal. Especially if I can find organic! He has added "buhh" sounds to his vocabulary & can often be heard saying "buhhloo" or "bahh-oo".
